15 minute Phone Consultation: No charge.
55 minute Initial Consultation: No charge when self-paying for sessions.
55 minute Initial Consultation when using insurance (amount billed to insurance): $130.00
45 minute Individual Psychotherapy Session: $100.00
55 minute Individual Psychotherapy Session: $115.00
90 minute Marriage Session: $175.00
Payment or co-payment is due at the time of service and I accept cash, check, and credit or debit cards for payment. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Magellan, Beacon Health Options (formerly Value Options,) Humana, Cigna, Aetna, ComPsych, and United Healthcare (United Behavioral Health/Optum/Oscar). Under some circumstances, I am able to accept Tricare, particularly if it is secondary to Medicare. If I do not accept your insurance plan, I will be happy to verify and file for out-of-network benefits or assist you by providing you with any statements, receipts, or forms necessary for you to receive an out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company.
